To be completely honest, I don’t really know what to make of TOKKO after watching some eight episodes.  It tastes like a horrible anime broth made by throwing various elements from Tekkaman Blade, Blood+, G.I.T.S.,  alchemy, and Buddhism into some proverbial blender then pressing the mix button, finally topped off with the typical secret agents in black skin-tight getup cliché.
